BookedUp — Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

1. Who we are

BookedUp is a scheduling app for independent service providers. It lets a provider publish a booking link, manage a calendar of appointments, keep a list of clients and the services they offer, and lets that provider's clients book a time slot without an account.

2. Your account

You need an account to use the provider side of BookedUp. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish — your services, your prices and your availability — and for keeping access to your account secure. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

3. Bookings are between you and your client

BookedUp records and communicates appointments. It is not a party to the appointment itself. The service delivered, its price, any deposit and any cancellation terms are agreed between the provider and their client. We do not guarantee that a client will attend, or that a provider will deliver.

4. Payments and deposits

Where a provider collects a deposit, payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's own terms. BookedUp does not hold your funds. Refunds are the provider's decision and are made through the same payment method.

5. Subscriptions

Paid BookedUp plans are sold through the App Store and are billed to your Apple ID. A plan renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel a plan in your App Store account settings, not in this app. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use BookedUp to publish anything unlawful, to impersonate someone else, to send unsolicited messages to people who have not asked to hear from you, or to interfere with the service or with other users. We may suspend an account that does.

7. Availability

We work to keep BookedUp running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. Features may change. If we discontinue a feature you have paid for, you may cancel your plan.

8. Your content

The information you put into BookedUp stays yours. You give us permission to store and display it for the purpose of running the service — for example, showing your services on your public booking page.

9. Ending the agreement

You may stop using BookedUp at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may end this agreement if you materially breach these terms.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, BookedUp is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost bookings or lost revenue.

11. Changes

If we change these terms materially, we will say so in the app before the change takes effect.
