The problem

Booking by DM eats your day.

When you are the whole business, every hour on the phone is an hour you are not being paid for.

  • Ten messages to book one haircut

“Are you free Tuesday”, “What about after four”, “Ok, which one was it”. Every booking is a thread you answer between clients.

  • A diary that is never where you are

Paper at the chair, notes on your phone, a screenshot of a chat. Your week lives in three places and none of them is complete.

  • Clients who have to ask

What do you offer, how long does it take, what does it cost. Every question is one more message before anyone books.

What you get

Your clients book. You get your day back.

Everything a client used to message you about is on your page, so the booking happens without you.

  • No more back-and-forth

You get your own booking page and one link to it. Put it in your bio or your chats. Clients open it in any browser, with no account and nothing to install.

The BookedUp booking page for Northside Barber Studio: a dark hero with the studio's logo, its name and one line about it, then an About section and the start of its Gallery
  • Clients know before they ask

Every service shows how long it takes and what it costs. Switch one off and it leaves your page.

The BookedUp Services screen, “What clients can book from you”: six services, each with its length, its price and an on switch — Beard Sculpt and Line Up 40 min $30.00, Beard Trim 30 min $20.00, Blow Dry 30 min $25.00, Color and Gloss 2h $90.00, Color Consultation 15 min $10.00 and Haircut and Style 1h 15m $55.00
  • Only times you can take

Set the hours clients can book and switch off the days you do not work. Clients see only the open times, and a slot someone already has shows as booked.

The BookedUp Working hours screen: Monday to Sunday, each with a switch and a start and end time — Monday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Tuesday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Wednesday to Friday and Sunday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday switched off with its times greyed out
  • Your whole day in one place

A week strip on top, your day below. Add a booking you took in person, or block time for a break so clients cannot book it.

The BookedUp calendar on Thursday, 24 September, with a week strip from Monday 21 to Sunday 27 and Thursday selected, and five bookings down the day from 10 AM to 5 PM: Noam Perez, Eli Mizrahi, Amit Dahan, Yossi Levi and Daniel Cohen
  • Clients handle their own changes

Once booked, clients can save it to their own calendar, then open their booking to reschedule or cancel without messaging you.

A client’s own BookedUp booking: Northside Barber Studio, Signature Haircut on Tuesday, October 20, 2026 from 8:00 AM to 8:45 AM, $35.00, 45 min, with a Reschedule button and a Cancel booking button

How it works

Set up in three steps. Clients do the rest.

Once you sign up, setup is three short screens. After that, your clients do the booking.

Your setup

  1. Step 1: Tell BookedUp what you do

Your business name and your main service: a haircut, a beard trim, coloring, a blow dry, or your own.

  2. Step 2: Set the hours clients can book

Monday to Friday, 9 to 6 is filled in for you. Change the times and switch off any day you do not work.

  3. Step 3: Share your link

Your booking page is ready. Copy the link into your bio or send it to a client.

Then your clients

Clients book themselves

They pick a service and an open time. The booking shows up on your calendar.

Set up my page

Opens BookedUp on the App Store. Or join the iPhone beta.

Plan your booking page

Four questions. Your setup, planned.

Answer from how you work today. The plan follows the app’s own setup, filled in with your answers.

Question 1 of 4

What’s your main service?

The same six the app starts you with.

Your booking page

This is what your clients get.

Steps 1 and 2 are captures of the real BookedUp booking page. It opens in the browser, so there is nothing for them to download.

The BookedUp booking page for Northside Barber Studio, Select a service: Beard Sculpt and Line Up ($30, 40 min), Beard Trim ($20, 30 min), Blow Dry ($25, 30 min), Color and Gloss ($90, 120 min), Color Consultation ($10, 15 min) and Haircut and Style ($55, 75 min)
1They choose a serviceEach service with its length and price, ready to pick. No sign-up for them.
The BookedUp date and time picker for a Signature Haircut: October 2026, Tuesday 20 selected, 8:00 AM shown as booked and 9:30 AM selected
2They pick an open timeA different service this time, a Signature Haircut: a day on the calendar, then one of the open times. 8:00 AM is already taken, so it shows as booked.

You’re all set!

Your booking is confirmed.

3They’re bookedThe screen they land on once it goes through: the check, the confetti and the two lines, redrawn from the app.

Before you go

Let your clients book themselves.

Set up your page once, then send one link instead of a list of times. Your clients need no app and no account.
